Handmade Monday

Wow I am actually early with my handmade Monday!!! Shocking!
Handmade Monday gives you the chance to have a peaek at what other crafters have been developing over the past week, do pop by and have a look. You can access this week's handmade Monday's through Wendy's blog at 1st Unique Gifts

This week I have started to create some children's hair accessories, All new to me, but I thought I'd have a go as I have a fair Easter weekend so would like some smaller items to have on my stall.
These were made with various ribbon and a stretchy elastic which girls normally use to tie their hair. I have called these the genius title ahem.... 'Ribbon Hair Ties'
I will also be creating bows on clips, and other various small lovelies.

These new hair ties can be made to order in a variety of colours, in particular for themes if you or your little one are part of a team i.e Cheerleading/Dance related sports then these would go down a treat.

And.....They are only £5!!!!!! This includes postage and packing too - wow!!!!
I hope you like them :)

Black gingham ribbon hair tie

Vintage Tea Party ribbon hair tie

Gold Spot ribbon hair tie

British Pride Unioin Jack ribbon hair tie

Red Polka ribbon hair tie
These ribbon hair ties are all unique and there is only one of each available due to the different types of ribbons attached, if you would like to purchase one please visit the children's hair accessory page on ZukieStyle
They are also suitable for grown ups! Go on, treat yourself for the summer ;0)

They're lovely and should sell well. Good luck with your fair.

Thanks for taking part in HM x

I love the hair ties. The yellow one reminds me of our school colours. They would look so much nicer on the girls than those 'scrunchies' that you get free with a summer dress!

I would think these will be very popular with young girls (and not so young!) It is a really good idea to have some smaller priced items at fairs'. Hope it all goes well - Good Luck!

These are funky! I would wear something like that. A great idea. Something that would really work, and like you said, something smaller for a stall too! Yet another great design!!!

These are very cute, and I would think they would sell well. I was just in the store looking for hair things for my grand daughter and there wasn't much cute in the store. It was disappointing.

These are lovely and should sell well. I made some hair accessories for a fair last summer and vertually sold out straightaway. I think things for girls, that are reasonably priced always sell well.
Good luck with the fair, hugs Sue x
